Cant load into pregame lobby on my 2nd account

whenever my dou partner invites me to a game or i try to make lobby myself i get stuck in a 25-40 second load loop then get an error message saying "cant conect to miesto" or whatever and it kicks me from the game. when i go on my other account im able to load pregame perfectly fine it just seems to be this account thats unable too. im still able to join and play customs so its not the account being unable to connect. any fix or help would be appreciated
