Bugged. Server Crash?

• Open League Of Legends
• Click Play
• Click Summoners Rift
• Click Confirm ...
• Nothing happens doesnt que me into match make or anything
• Click ARAM
• Again nothing happens no match making or que
• Tried reinstall and hex repair
• Nothing same problem I thought i got banned from League Of Legends but usually they message you or put a ban timer on or something so i rule that out. i looked up to see if other people had my same problem and the closet one i found was 2 years old and made no sense, may have been a more recent one that wasnt detailed enough for me to tell if my problem was the same. In a nut shell i cant match make or que up into a match have no clue why.
