<Gameplay> Able to "purchase" Jungler items without having smite!

Hi I was playing as ezreal in solo que.

I had about 2300 gold so wanted to buy an Ability Power item.

But I noticed that I could buy Rune Glaive, although I did not have smite.

So without hesitation I bought it. But as the result, only somewhat 2200 gold went missing and Rune Glaive was nowhere to be found in my inventory.

Rito pls fix this. So that other players like me do not waste their gold :D
