Akali W Bug (Can't see it)

I am so pissed due to the fact that the enemy Akali knew about a bug where if you place the W in a certain way, you can not see it at all. Because of this, she was smart enough to hide in this invisible W and was able to snowball. The fact that Riot doesn't test out these things or checks them and they are taken to rank for free wins and abusing the ladder is insulting. If Riot honestly cares about its players, they would try their best to fix everything. I really hope you guys know what to do, because this is just depressing that you guys do not even know about the Akali bug yet. Another disappointment Riot.
