Icon Bug in Collection

I keep getting a notification in the form of a circle that I have a new icon, yet when I go to the icons section, I don't. I've had this problem several times now and don't know why it won't stop. I haven't seen anyone else have this bug, so maybe it's new.

I have the exact same issue, after every game it shows this for me. Logging in and out doesn't work.
