Bug that causes player to disconnect at random

I don't have any footage of this because it cuts my footage when I disconnect but I swear there is a bug that has caused me to DC in four different games now, and less than 10 minutes ago in the practice tool! My internet is completely fine and I haven't had any problems with my latency at all. My MS and FPS are remaining constant. Every time this has happened I was playing Yasuo, I'm unsure if this has anything to do with the disconnection but that's all the details I've acquired.
