Shen's Ultimate to Ally not Animating

Recently on 5/12/15, Shen's ultimate doesn't seem to animate on allies he is teleporting to. Every match against a Shen yesterday we didn't know Shen was teleporting in because no animation was popping up and suddenly SHEN IS HERE! This is obviously a horrid bug that should be fixed regardless of expecting Shen in fights. Since some people really wouldn't foreshadow a Shen assisting his teammate.
