[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo Q doesnt proc, goes right through karma

I was in a match with a friend who was using yasuo. Notice how he uses q on karma after windwall and getting exhausted. His q was on point but it didnt proc at all.

He had the following debuff on him at that time: -Exhaust -Sated Hexdrinker -Liandrys -Frost shot (Ashe Slow) -Red Buff (slow+damage)
