I was in a match with a friend who was using yasuo. Notice how he uses q on karma after windwall and getting exhausted. His q was on point but it didnt proc at all.
He had the following debuff on him at that time: -Exhaust -Sated Hexdrinker -Liandrys -Frost shot (Ashe Slow) -Red Buff (slow+damage)

He did hit her at the back look at the outline of the q. You can even see the q animation of where it hit idk if you are blind but that clearly hit karma but didnt proc any damage.
