[GAMEPLAY] Jannas Q and splethiefs edge bug

In game, when i buy splethiefs edge (or later forstfang etc), Jannas Q Howling wind doesent triger passive form the item. I havent found anything about it on the forums, not sure if its intended or a bug. Thank you anyway.

Spellthief's and Frostfang's Tribute is disabled for 12 seconds when you kill a minion, so are you sure your Q isn't killing one when you do that? (this disadvantage is removed on FQC)
