In game, when i buy splethiefs edge (or later forstfang etc), Jannas Q Howling wind doesent triger passive form the item. I havent found anything about it on the forums, not sure if its intended or a bug. Thank you anyway.
Deep Terror Nami1 votesSpellthief's and Frostfang's Tribute is disabled for 12 seconds when you kill a minion, so are you sure your Q isn't killing one when you do that? (this disadvantage is removed on FQC)

Deep Terror Nami1 votesWell, I went and tested it on her and it works fine for me still. If it didn't for you, you're either mistaken that it was on the 12 second disable or there's probably some other factor that does cause a bug with this, and we'd need more details to figure it out.
