Can't use Vayne Chrome skin..
At champ select, after I lock, I don't see the option to change color for the chrome skin.

It's a known bug with the new champ select
Should be fixed 6.2
same cant find bards bloom either
Unable to purchase skins in new champ select. Unable to select chromas in new champ select. Unable to select ward skins in new champ select. Unable to disable animations in new champ select. Champion ability details do not show on mouse hover.

As others have mentioned, this is a known issue with new champion select. Should be resolved next patch!
