[Gameplay] Sightstone stopped recharging wards in spawn after selling item and undoing the sale.

This has only happened in one of my games, and I haven't had time to extensively test it.

While I was dead, I had 6 items on me, one of which was a sightstone (blue) and one was a warden's mail. I sold the warden's mail, and then undid it. I'm not sure when my sightstone messed up, but after getting to lane I realized my sightstone had no charges, despite dropping no wards. Upon returning to base, I could not get any wards from walking on and off the platform. I had to sell and rebuy my sightstone to fix this.
