[CLIENT] Issue with champion pictures not showing in champ select

So, occasionally in champ select the champion picture preview will not show at all in the new client, not when a champ is hovered or picked. Not even the golden circle outline. It may not seem like the biggest issue but it results in many problems like people banning someones hovered champion because they cant see that they hovered it (has happened to me 4 times in the past two days).
