Loading screen bug

So i've encouered this bug 3 times already and after 2x leaverbusters i lost my cool and i wanted to report it Ffs the client has been out for 10 years and this bug is still not fixed.

Yes i tried using the repair tool and i even reinstalled the game but the bug still appears

any fixes?
