Full Clash Team Online but Client says teammate cannot be reached and disqualifies team

As you can see Queenblueberry is clearly online but the clash error claims that she cannot be reached. The timers ran out and we were disqualified and assigned a loss. Just wondering if anyone has any idea what happened here because we are minorly tilted and very confused.
