[Client] Practice tool broken "unexpected error"

Practice tool won't work and comes up with "Cannot Start Game" "We encountered an unexpected error trying to start your custom game." every time I have tried to start a game. After multiple tries restarting the game and swapping accounts I've had no luck. I haven't had any issues with it in the past either.
