Bug with mmr?

Hello I'm wondering if my mmr is not bugged. I have above 50% win ratio, and I gain so little lp as it was 30%. It might look fine, because I had 5x lose streak, but then I had 5x win streak and I got even less lp than before wins. It's really annoying, because everyone claims "if you have above 50% you will climb"

I get 24 lp per win, lose 12-14. 55% winrate.

If your current MMR is lower than your ranking and you are maintaining a 50% win rate when being matched with people at that level of play, then the system likely believes that you belong lower than your current ranking.
