[CLIENT] Videos on Client keep playing during Champ select / Loading / Rift

I love watching the video's from /ALL: Chat and all the various other things going on but here lately as I watch them the videos get stuck playing well through champion select.

What happens is I press play on the video and it plays in the small window in the client which is nice! However once the game queue's and we enter champion selection the video keeps playing but all you can hear is the audio. If you look for an open window you find none; nor did I notice anything out of the ordinary in Task Manager to figure out how to close the sound / video.

The only way I could make the video and sound stop playing was by closing the client and re-joining (which is not so easy to do during champion selection and never mind if you are trying to hear coms! LOL) It happens almost every time I'm playing a video and the game queue's up!

(windows 10 64 bit idk if that even matters :)
