I used to side with Riot whenever someone said they were ruining their own game but as time goes on I'm noticing that I get fed up with them more and more, year after year.

I've only been playing since season 3 and slowly my entertainment with this game is turning to just pure hate.

From the removal of game modes EVERYONE likes to bugs on their client they continue to ignore or put off, to the removal of solo queue for 'I'm gonna duo with my diamond friend queue'.

Once again, just like many have encountered, my IP isn't updating and I'm missing out on names that I want that are becoming available.

From the picture you can see that I'm nearly 1k above what I need to change my name but the client refuses to update it... SPECIFICALLY FOR A NAME CHANGE.

I cannot fucking believe this because my IP is updated for EVERYTHING ELSE on their store except a name change.

Name it, Runes/Champions/The Draven Icon/etc.

And so I continue to get more and more IP until this garbage updates itself, because I already know this post is pointless and a ticket is pointless as well. I highly doubt Riot is going to do anything to fix this because of the fact THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO THIS CRAP BEFORE.

I'd be genuinely shocked if they somehow expressed some kind of apology for this crap that continues to happen.

First they deny the community's desires for unique game modes (Even at specific points in the year), They continue to have these ridiculous bugs, They LIE about bringing back solo queue for players like myself that don't WANT to queue as 3/4/5.

I'm growing tired of this game on across all platforms but I'm really trying to still like aspects of it

Nonetheless my point was made, and now I'm going to sit here and expect no response, or help in general.

I've become pretty despondent about submitting tickets. I've had pretty poor experiences in general. Long turn around time. Last year, I did the facebook thing for the free champion in time (based on the information available at the moment), but didn't get the free champion. I submitted a ticket, and they were just like "YOu didn't do it in time. See this post that informed you the different deadline that was posted 12 hours after that new deadline."

This recent server maintenance I played an awesome game for over an hour (our mid laner disconnected). We still won. I didn't get IP because it bugged and had me sitting at "Waiting for stats" indefinitely. I submitted a ticket with requested logs, images from sites like op.gg with the match, and a match history showing it is missing. I'm getting responses now that make me seem like "Yeah, our system errored, but we can't do anything about it... because part of the error means our database doesn't show it" Even though OP.gg found it through their API... so it is there in some form.

I was experiencing this for the last week, now that the transfers are disabled while they fix whatever issue is at hand, my IP magically updated. Only unfortunate thing is I still can't change my name because it says it is unavailable, and when I look up the name, it tells me it isn't found and to search/verify again. It is frustrating :L
