Warwick's ult still does damage after using QSS

I was playing ADC and I got flash ulted by Warwick, thinking that if I used QSS I would be able to get away from cleansing his ult. But I kept taking damage, which is a real problem ever since the sated devourer came out. There is simply no counter play to that, and it's not fun or fair. RIP ADCs.
