YASUO BUG

When playing Yasuo, I used sweeping blade the enemy Caitlyn at our inhibitor when they were destroying it. I had guardian angel and when I went to go use my sweeping blade on her(E) I died mid cast. When I died mid cast my guardian angel popped and when I came up from it, I was always in my E animation and could not cast the actual ability Sweeping Blade for the rest of the game. I'm not sure if when I died the bug fixed because when I died the game ended. My duo partner also agreed with me that she saw me in my E animation.
