Didn't Pick Support, But Got It Anyways
In a recent ranked game, I selected top and jg. I got assigned support. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
Any one else facing this issue?

It's autofill, which is sad because I just pick fill and let my team carry me. Other people should do the same.
Auto fill don't give a fuck
It's not a bug . Bronze division is known to have auto fill activated in the case of long queue times.
You may have had to read more carefully the indications on the team comp screen... Since 6.14 (or something like that: it may be 6.15 or 6.13), the teammaker automatically adds a third random choice to the ones you pick. More clearly: if you pick 1st jgl and 2nd top, then you go in game with either jgl, or top, or whatever else is missing to complete a team. This happens, of course, only when there are too few players to properly fulfill teams with the expressed choices.
And as the less demanded position is clearly the supp's... I let you draw the conclusion by yourself. ^^
