Sona first q lags whole game

So when I play Sona, I usually charge up 3 q's in fountain before going to lane. Upon using my first q to deal damage (in lane or in jungle) the whole game will lag for all players involved not just Sona. This happens every in every game I play Sona, and my adcs and junglers will usually complain that how I know that its not a problem on my end. This only happens when I deal damage for the first time, not sure if its a result of q dmg or a charged up aa, but it lags the game.
