[CLIENT] Broken Mastery Pages From Queue Dodgers

Alright this has been going on for the last 2 patches and it really needs a fix because it's a huge over sight. Key note: this is occurring in the open beta client.

1. Queue up for draft or ranked and accept when it pops.
2. Open your mastery pages and edit one during champion select without getting to save it.
3. Have someone dodge the queue while your mastery pages are open and unsaved and accept the new queue pop.
4. Try to edit your mastery pages in the new queue (You should be totally unable to do anything at all).

It's really annoying because you need to restart the entire client to get it to stop bugging out on you.
