Item Set Glitch

Hi Riot Support,

For my account, there seems to be an error in the Item Sets. Every Item Set I make, an Item Block is automatically added to the bottom titled 'Consumables' with a health potion or warding trinket inside. This Item Block is not shown when I am creating the Item Set, yet it appears once a game is started. If possible, I would like for this Item Block to not be added to my Item Sets automatically.
