actually fiddle should drain forever and keep draining when you die, also when the game ends and if you cast the ability again when the cooldown comes back it stacks (obviously not trolling)
Fiddle can also drain through vladimirs blood pool, which is one reason why fiddle hard counters vladimir to oblivion.
Fiddle needs a rework, or at least touched up to be relevant again, people can care less about little problems atm when the entire champ is derp atm.
