Vi's Q stopped working

Hi, in my last Vi game (dec 4th, around 8PM to 9PM), her Q stopped working about 1/4 of the way through the game.

On the bar at the bottom, the button was active and looked like it was able to be clicked (not on cooldown), but hitting Q didn't do anything. Although it did play the "click" sound. I tried

• rebinding the key to another key
• clicking the button instead of hitting Q
• dying

Nothing helped. I played the rest of the game without being able to cast Q.

I have a LOL replay but I guess that's bugged because I can't open it

I would love to submit logs but your link to how to do that is broken in the sticky post about how to submit a bug.

Let me know what I can do to help - this was very annoying!
