Can't complete quests?

I can't continue any of my quests, either for winning ARURF games or winning with a demacian on my team. It's just not updating, so I'm not getting any rewards.

I also have the same issue on the quest The Roar of Demacia (4/10). Win a game with a Demacian champion on your team. or Win 2 games of ARURF.

I have done the mission many times with as me playing Lux, as my teammate playing Lux, as me playing Garen, as teammate playing Garen. Games won but it still does not count as completed. Please fix this issue.
