Champions on sale use wrong color for purchasing with IP

In the store, champions costs are normally shown as white for purchasing with RP and white or red for purchasing with IP depending on the amount of IP the uses has.

Champions on sale appear to incorrectly make the color of IP purchases white even when the user does not have enough IP. See the included link to a screenshot of my store page for reference.

In case the image is difficult to read: Vi's cost of 6,300 IP should show up as red like Tahm Kench and others because I only have 2,442 IP but it currently shows up as white.
