Star Guardian Match Start Music

I've noticed lately that whenever i use a star guardian skin, the music that is supposed to play doesn't play at all. In fact, no music plays whatsoever until minions reach lane around 1:40ish. It may be due to the current events rift effects. Edit: it also affects Gun Goddess Miss Fortune. But i recall being able to hear Jhin's Cosmic skin music a short while back
