Rengar rapidfire cannon bug

I dont see why the rapid fire cannon doesnt increase rengars attack range in a brush, should be fixed because if it increases attack range as stated, i should be able to easily jump the baron wall from the red buff bush

I think that may be simply because Rengar leaping out of the bush isn't actually the attack, just that him attacking while in the bush causes him to use a leap that places him next to his target. RFC shouldn't increase his leap range, only his attack range.
