I got gold this season. I don't see the Morgana skin, the borer, or the invitation thing. My friend, who is also gold, has the skin, but no border or invitation notification. Neither one of us finished the season with chat restrictions too. Fix ?

Have you boosted other accounts? Have you shared accounts with other players? Those are reasons for having your ranked rewards taken away.
If not, wait a while longer, it is still only the first day.
