[GAMEPLAY] jinx fishbones deals no damage

When i play with jinx there's a bug occuring almost every game. When i auto attack with the rocket launcher and move right after it is fired, sometimes it doesnt deal damage. This also occurs when the rocket is fired and i die when it is still mid-air and when it hits its target it doesn't deal damage. The fired shot takes mana and deals no damage too.
