Leblanc Audio Bug [Gameplay]

Its been like this for awhile but I've not mentioned it before as i thought maybe it would be in the bug fixes section of patch notes, but since it hasn't I would like mention that Leblanc when casting her abilities is silent. Not the abilities themselves but Leblanc no longer does her little shouts when casting them, and I'm almost 100% this is not intentional as other champions like Syndra still have their little shouts when casting abilities. I'm just wondering if it is intentional and would appreciate feedback as to if this was mentioned before and I have not come across it, and would also like to know if it is a bug and maybe will be in the next bug fixes section of an upcoming patch? <3Leblanc

Hey Urf Poro!

Thanks for the report! I stumbled across a similar bug report ~a week ago, so we are aware of the issue! You're right that this is certainly not working as intended. Unfortunately, this won't be in the next patch, but I'd be happy to poke the bug again and make sure it's on the radar! :)

Oh wow, thank you for also bringing up Syndra's as well! I knew something was off with her too, but I couldn't pin point what.
