[GAMEPLAY] Ashe - Volley Sound Bug

Recently I started noticing that whenever there is an Ashe in my game, I can hear the sound of her volley ability every time it is used. The sound can be heard regardless of where your champion is on the map or even where you are looking. Ashe's volley can be heard if there is an Ashe anywhere in the game. The sound can heard from an Ashe on the ally or enemy team.
