[GAMEPLAY] Sona Power Chord stacking sometimes does not work.

With sona, every time you use an ability you gain a stack, at 3 stack your next auto attack is empowered, this is the Power Chord passive.

The bug: There is a small window some miliseconds after you use your power chord auto attack where using an ability wont gain you any new power chord stacks. If you use an ability instantly after the powerchord comes out, you WILL gain a stack as intended. Likewise if you use an ability long after the powerchord comes out, you WILL gain a stack as intended. However, there is a small window right around when the powerchord hits the target that using an ability wont gain you any stacks.

To recreate, just try casting an ability right after you throw your power chord out. Then extend the time before you use the ability by a few miliseconds each time until you find the window where no stacks will be gained. It is about the time it takes for the powerchord to hit the target.
