While Banning Can't See Champs To Be Banned

Please note that this has nothing to do with in-game, but only with the QUEUE.

This has to do while banning champions in draft-pick, while NOT being the banner for your team.

Let's cut the champion area in 4 quadrants like in a plot.

On the bottom right quadrant, you are able to highlight champions, use the scroll bar, and use the scroll wheel. On the other 3 quadrants, you are NOT able to highlight champions, use the scroll bar, and use the scroll wheel.

After banning is done and it is your turn, all the champions turn faded and color which indicate they can now be scrolled and highlighted. If you reached this point, this marks the end of the available time for you to see the bug.
