Fizz Q with New Jungle Item

Not positive that this is a bug, but when I q in the jungle as fizz with the new jingling item, the passive AoE doesn't activate. Once again I am not sure if this is actually a bug, so I decided to put it up anyway.

The jungle item is Runeglaive
