Lag since 5.14; Game unplayable.

Ever since 5.14 came out, I've been having animations freeze, while healthbars still depleted, cooldowns still activated. It's been consistant in every match, occuring every other minute or so for several seconds at a time. While playing I've been at a steady 50-60 fps and my ping hasn't gone past 100, even during these issues. It's lead to lots of issues in game and just not wanting to play because it gets me killed fairly often.

I've already done clean reinstalls and tried repairing game files. Also my connection on different games works just fine. Please help D:
