6.5 disabled sound in solo queue

Hello Summoners,

I really enjoy that new champion selection tool which Riot give to us at 6.1. However now, after 6.5 released I can't no longer hear a champion sound when other Summoner pick a champion, only my one. This is really a detail, but I really enjoyed it and I would like to know if there is some bug or it's done purpose, cause i didn't found any changes in changelog for that patch for this particular case.

I hope someone will give me the answer I search for.
