Grafik-Bug with Kindred W

I have this bug quit a few times in a Kindred game. When I activate her W the darkend area of her W goes on and of really fast. The last game I played I evan had a red triangle on the top left of my screen, also when my W was active. I had another bug with the health-bar of Sion which looked similar (I had a Kindred in the enemy team, not sure if this is related).
