Thresh and Anivia

I was playing thresh today against an anivia support. Whenever I hooked her she would wall in front of her to prevent my adc from getting to her easily, but my hooked dragged her through her own wall. is this a bug or a legit thing. I did do it multiple times. Thanks for the help
