Hello Riot, i have had issues when casting my ultimate while playing Azir against Fizz, he can simply jump over it (no dmg, no bounce back) he just hops over it like it even wasn't there. And as you said it only "passable" if you have "flash-like" ability which Fizz E is not.
The turret description also says that their attacks are undodgeble and still fizz's E dodges them, technically he's E is a flash with a mini Kayle ult.
I can't argue with that since it says while using E he is untargetable. And of course there are exceptions for mlph and other chams whose "Ultimate abilities" makes them "Unstoppable" ... which is not Fizzes E.
