Friends list wont show up and can't chat in team builders.

Yesterday when I logged on I can't see anyone on my friends list or chat unless I was in a game, all my friends see me as offline. I know its not just my client because I logged onto a league chat service on my tablet and still no one on my friends list is showing up. I can do everything else on league such as go in the store and look up others profiles but not communicate with anyone. Also my recently played list doesn't show anyone.

Logged into my other accounts and chat works just fine but not on my main. ;-; ima cry league plehsu
