GAMEBREAKING - Game window stuck at low resolution in corner of screen, can't be used

I joined a game today for the first time in a while using my Mac Mini and a large ASUS monitor. I was using the public testing client. The game screen was limited to the top left corner of my screen, filling about 70% of my screen. I didn't take a screen cap, sorry. I could not interact with the screen with anything but the keyboard, which I realized as I was unable to put points into a skill. I had to use Force Quit on Mac to exit the game. I reloaded, the game still had the same issue, stuck in the left corner of my screen, unable to interact or move my character around or anything. I tried to start from the Legacy client, but, it had updates to do. Even with the Legacy client, the problem persists. I took a screen cap for that. My real name is in the screencap so I'd rather email it to riot directly than post the screencap here.

Please don't block me or put a strike on my account for this, I wanted to play, the client is busted for me.
