Locket of the Iron Solari Tooltip Incorrect

Hi,

I've attached a screenshot to this post that shows the tooltip for the Locket of the Iron Solari. It was taken in the item set builder but the tooltip is idential as in game. However in game the active effect seems to be the same as the previous patch (an 80 second cooldown, not 8, giving a shield to allies, not creating a protective zone). This happened on EUW, I don't know if this happens on other regions.
