Blue Buff not focusing Jungler

So I was jungler and my blue buff wouldn't focus me and would instead focus the support. I was set back level 1 at 4 minutes which was kinda sad and cost me a ranked game. Anyways, if others are having the same problem with the buffs not focusing you, you're not alone.
