Not Enough IP bug.

Been trying to buy this rune for about 2 days now but continue to receive this bug. I've tried gaining and losing IP to see if that would sort the issue but so far nothing.

I've had a similar problem but with buying a champ I had enough IP for. The client seemed to think I did not have enough IP even though I had enough for over a day. It would not let me purchase a champion (zyra) for 4800 when I had (and had not spent in over 2 days) 5091 IP. It would let me on the new client attempt to buy Lux so it seemed to think I had less than 4800 but more than 3150 IP. There seems to be an issue with how the new client thinks we have in IP. I went to the legacy client and it let me buy Zyra so I know this is an issue on the new client.
