Fizz can E out of Urgot ult?

Yesterday i played some arams because bored

In one of them i got Urgot, i did not play him for months so i was kinda rusty. But when i tried to ult a Fizz he just used his E to get out of it. The tooltip says "surpressed", so this can't be right?
