Nidalee spear glitch

I was playing against a head hunter nidalee as cho gath. Her Spears wuld not appear on screen as speers but a thin orange red blur that was very difficult to see. I dont know if other nid skins have this issue but i can guarantee it for head hunter. To clarify, it wasnt a sometimes thing but EVERY spear she threw.
