New Client

Ive been playing league for awhile now, and today, i get into champ select and im suppose to ban but then the selection of champions dont even pop up for me to ban anyone, i got the 5 minute ban ontop of that the 20 minute wait for the previous afk of a game. Im pretty sure it wasnt a my fps because the backround was still going. Riot should take consider of the people who dont exactly have the highest graphics card and let them choose if they want to upgrade to the new client or not.
